With over 20 years leading global change initiatives and managing hybrid multicultural teams for Fortune 500 companies including Adobe, Oracle, and UBS, Sabine partners with organizations to develop confident, collaborative leaders and create inclusive spaces where diverse talent can thrive.

During her extensive corporate career, Sabine led high visibility international programs during times of organizational change and created success for her diverse & global teams by helping them to cultivate trust & connection, navigate conflict & complexity and execute with excellence. 

Her track record includes launching Oracle’s first ever set of global project management standards for a 3.7B professional services business and accelerating the integration of two newly acquired businesses at Adobe. In her most recent roles, she partnered with C-suite executives, HR, & Business leaders on strategic DEI & Talent initiatives for an organization with 17,000 employees.

As a coach, Sabine blends her business credentials & experience and executive coaching acumen to help her clients elevate their confidence, presence, competence & effectiveness. Able to support all, her lived experience enables her to also specialize in supporting high-achieving women and people of color in leadership roles. As a Black woman, Haitian immigrant and working mother, she is intimately familiar with the experiences of high achievers navigating spaces where they are "the only" or part of "the few."

When not working, Sabine can be found lost between the pages of a good book, swinging on a hammock in the Caribbean, or at home in New York dancing, singing, and belly laughing with her husband of over 20 years and two children. 

Coaching Philosophy

Sabine draws from proven coaching frameworks that are the gold standards for enabling individual transformation. She engages clients as whole people and invites them to bring all the aspects of identity that impact how they show up at work and in life. Understanding our patterns follow us no matter where we are, the focus of coaching is on the person the client is between and beyond the boundaries their workday. 

Sabine also places great emphasis and focus on client narratives, believing that our performance, our potential and the trajectory of our lives is shaped by the stories we tell ourselves. As part of the coaching process, clients are invited to identify their self-limiting stories and empowered to author liberating narratives that free them to work & live more confidently, purposefully, joyfully, and successfully.
