She is the only Black woman author creating leadership books that merge culture with applied sciences, including No Thanks: 7 Ways to Say I’ll Just Include Myself (two editions)--awarded Outstanding Book of the Year by the National Association of Black Journalists, the companion journal, Slay Everyday: 52 Weeks to Rockstar Leadership and her latest, Yes Please! 7 Ways to Say I’m Entitled to the C-Suite–listed by BLAVITY as one of “15 books by a Black woman that you should not miss.”

She is also a certified DISC practitioner as well as a certified hybrid instructor and facilitator and is on faculty and a global executive coach for the Executive Leadership Council Institute.
