Kelley King is a highly accomplished leader committed to advancing equity and empowering leaders across various sectors. With 22 years of experience leading in the education and non-profit sectors, she is an experienced ICF-certified coach and facilitator who supports leaders at all levels in building critical leadership capabilities such as self-awareness, vision setting, leadership presence, practical communication skills, and leading high-achieving teams. As a former Chief Program Officer for an education non-profit, she led her team to restore a signature program post-pandemic, where program satisfaction increased by 41% in one year. She also has achieved high results from her leadership, where 100% of her team shared that her leadership style provided a psychologically and emotionally healthy workplace.

She also has non-profit board management experience, serving as vice board chair for a DC-based social justice non-profit.
