Edwin Vega is a Certified Executive & Leadership Development Coach and Facilitator who specializes in working with corporate leaders to maximize their presence and impact, through 1-on-1 and team coaching, along with creating and leading experiential workshops and retreats. Unleashing leaders’ power to lead from a place of authenticity, his work is heavily focused on scaling leadership, in order to create stronger interpersonal relationships among team members with the ultimate imperative to increase leadership effectiveness.
As a consultant, he serves as a Senior Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach with the Full Circle Group (The Leadership Circle 360), Coaching and Leadership Faculty at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), and as the Lead Trainer for The Edge Foundation. Edwin’s professional experience spans the industries of finance (The Blackstone Group), executive recruiting (Catalyst Advisors), and education (Ithaca College, Milton Hershey School). He is a first-generation college graduate, having studied at Ithaca College, Roosevelt University, and Yale University.
Prior to his commitment to serving as an Executive & Leadership Development Coach, Edwin was a professional Opera Singer performing on stages across the United States and Europe. Edwin is a GRAMMY Award winner as a principal artist on the “Picker: Fantastic Mr. Fox” opera cast recording (2020).
