I am a seasoned military veteran, effective coach, and organizational consultant with a proven track record of helping leaders across various sectors—military, government, nonprofits, and small businesses—overcome challenges and thrive. I have led community, state, and territory-level efforts to help communities of color be seen, heard, and funded to help the people they serve. As a multiracial son of this country, I feel obligated to help others to thrive.

My expertise has been sought after across the U.S. and internationally, including American Samoa and the Republic of the Marshall Islands.
During my 11 years in the U.S. Air Force, I led intelligence teams in West Berlin, England, and at the National Security Agency (NSA) in Maryland, honing my skills in group facilitation, interpersonal communication, and strategic planning. I’ve directed nonprofit organizations from within and as a volunteer board member. I’ve helped mid-level and executive leaders to grow and thrive in their current and new roles within their organizations
Beyond my coaching career, my personal journey as a military dependent and a single parent during active duty has shaped my empathy and resilience. I have a BS in journalism, a BA in language studies, and a master’s in public health.
