She has committed her career to helping her clients find purposeful, paying, and passion filled careers and stretching their capacity as leaders. She helps people LOVE the work they do and get paid for it, while honoring their values and meeting the organization’s mission. 

With over 19 years of experience in working in diverse roles and industries in Corporate America, Ayana is a sought-after and credentialed coach, and an expert consultant and facilitator on topics such as conflict resolution, change, leadership, DEI, and a range of assessments such as of MBTI, DiSC, strengths finders, and 360 Feedback. Ayana helps clients focus on their wide range of leadership capabilities with courage and boldness. She understands the complex corporate environments, complexities, and challenges that come with meeting organizational success and balancing employee performance and satisfaction. She integrates her HR experience with her ability to focus as an Organizational Development Consultant and seasoned coach. 

Trained and certified with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), Ayana draws from the institute’s model of co-active coaching. This model supports coaches in allowing their clients to drive the agenda. In addition, this model focuses on clients as whole individuals, with whole lives, that extend far beyond titles, situations, and roles. Ayana believes that all people are capable of learning, growing, and developing in coaching relationships if they are open to the experience. 

A native of Philadelphia PA, Ayana now resides in Maryland.  When not coaching, Ayana enjoys cooking, entertaining friends and family, and planning vacations to the beach.  Her favorite activities include going to wineries and spending time with her family and spoiling her many nieces and nephews.
