What is executive life coaching?
Coaching is a creative partnership designed to support ownership and empowerment toward the advancement of the participant’s holistic life objectives. A coaching partnership offers a variety of ontological methods such as inquiry, introspection, and reflection practices along with the implementation of accountability and support structures to support the participant’s awareness and forward movement. We offer over two dozen wellness tools, exercises, and frameworks to further support participants in creating abundant wellness structures. Coaching conversations are available to all areas of a participant’s life. Additionally, coaching may include the following discussion:
Ontological Awareness: Addressing who we are being and what we are doing to make a difference in leadership, ownership, partnership(s), and results.
Transformation: Creating quantum shifts in context, culture, and leadership effectiveness.
Building Trust: How to build and rebuild trust when it is broken.
Leadership Redefined: Relating to oneself as a leader and defining the individual’s authentic leadership style, presence, and intention.
Leadership Agility: How to adapt leadership, ownership, and partnership to environmental and contextual change.
Leading Vs. Managing: Exploring and implementing authentic being of leader while creating structures and tools for fulfillment of the most challenging goals.
Dynamic Communication: Exploring relationship to communication following both active and generous listening as well as effective follow up in an ownership context. Also addressing how to communicate as an owner in service of generating effective partnership on the team.
Managing Complex Change: Leading and owning effectively as part of a team in a consistently dynamic and evolving environment.
Multiple Relationship Management: Exploring how to manage and own multiple and sometimes conflicting responsibilities to multiple sources. Integration of vision/mission and purpose across multiple areas of ownership and operation.
