I provide coaching to professionals from diverse backgrounds who want to simplify their lives, amplify their power and focus their energy for maximum impact. I’ve supported a wide range of clients including C-suite, people leaders, rising managers and graduate students. I’ve served in several leadership roles including Founder of Perfect Ten Coaching.
Having navigated several career shifts and entrepreneurial ventures, I’m especially passionate about helping clients nurture, cultivate, and grow their ideal lives. Clients consistently give me feedback about my ability to quickly build trust which allows powerful coaching to happen from the start. Trained through the Co-Active Training Institute, I weave equal parts intuition, strategy and training for a holistic approach that has been described as playful, calming, and direct.
I constructively challenge clients, always with curiosity, allowing clients to speak their whole truth. With every meeting, clients embrace their power and view familiar challenges with a fresh perspective.

Originally from Nebraska, I also lived in the Florida panhandle before moving to the D.C. region. My personal journey was originally rooted in practicality, scarcity and fitting in. Now, I'm happily in my abundance and alignment era.
As a Black, introverted, cishet woman who has struggled with anxiety, I proudly support each client in celebrating all the gifts of their humanity.
My philosophy
I consider it a privilege that clients share their time and lives with me. Many clients choose to work on challenges they've never tackled with anyone before. I use data from my intuition to inform the coaching conversation and encourage clients to do the same, even if they haven't before! I strive to demonstrate the same courage and commitment in my own life that I ask of my clients. No matter the challenge, I believe that everything is possible with the right perspective and support.
